Hadora does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. Period.

Everything Hadora does happens on your iPhone:

• Reply generation runs entirely on-device using Apple Intelligence (Apple's FoundationModels framework). Your text is never sent to any server — ours or anyone else's. The app makes no network calls.
• Camera and photo library access is used only to read text out of images you explicitly choose, using Apple's on-device Vision framework. Images are processed in memory and are not stored, uploaded, or shared.
• There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no tracking, and no third-party code of any kind.
• Nothing you type or generate is persisted. When you leave a session, it's gone.

The only data the app keeps on your device are your own preferences (chosen app icon, accent color, and whether you've seen the tutorial), stored locally in your iPhone's standard app storage.

Because no data is collected, there is nothing for us to sell, share, lose, or be subpoenaed for.
